Same-Day Handling
Due to being a small efficient company, we are able to get most of our orders out of the door the same business day if the order is placed before 3:00pm PST. This practice ultimately allows for the faster delivery of items to our customers.
Fast & Free Shipping
All domestic orders within the USA ship absolutely free. The carrier used is picked at our discretion. However, most filters arrive quickly, typically within 1-4 days after purchase. If available, we will offer faster delivery options with specific mail carriers that can be selected at checkout.
Tax Free Shipments (US)
Though there are some exceptions, the vast majority of customers who shop on mrGoodFilter.com will not need to pay sales tax at our checkout. This is because of our small business structure. Our organization type and our singular warehouse location means that we are legally not obligated to collect sales tax from most customers in most states. This usually results in our buyers saving up to 12% (depending on the state) at checkout. For comparison, many other larger companies (or store hosts like eBay/Amazon) are obligated to collect this tax from nearly all buyers, adding to your overall payment burden at checkout.
No tax obligation at our checkout is just another way mr.GoodFilter helps you save. However, if you do incur this tax at our checkout (and some will), it is because our collection obligation requirement for your state/locality has been met.

Any information throughout this website that pertains to sales tax or use tax is provided for informational purposes only.
Note: Starting on January 1, 2025, for all orders placed on the 'Shop' channel, Shopify will automatically collect, remit, and file taxes for all orders shipping to or within the United States. The Shop channel collects taxes on orders in all states (plus the District of Columbia) that administer statewide sales tax, as well as Alaska local sales tax.
International Shipping
For international orders, the cost of shipment will be automatically calculated once you begin the checkout process. You’ll be able to see the shipping cost once you enter your address, but before you make any payment.
International orders generally reach their destination in 8-21 business days after shipping, depending on the carrier selected.*
Please be aware that any potential customs charges/import fees/taxes are the responsibility of the customer. They are calculated by the individual countries when the package arrives and are based on the value of the product.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; unfortunately, mr.GoodFilter cannot predict these charges or make any adjustments to the rate.
Missing Packages
Rest assured, we will do everything we can to make sure your order gets to you. However, It is the buyers responsibility to report missing items or theft to the carrier. Furthermore, we will not be held accountable for shipping packages to incomplete or incorrect addresses, nor will be held accountable for abandoned packages in customs. Please reach out to us in the rare event your package goes missing and we will work with you and the carrier to try and resolve any issues.
Damaged Packages
Please report any damaged items to us immediately at Info@mrgoodfilter.com. We will work with you to resolve.
