Domestic (USA)
Return
Change your mind about an item? No problem, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and with all its original packaging/items intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@mrgoodfilter.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchange
Your item can be exchanged within 30-days of receiving it. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and with all its original packaging/items intact. After sending you a label, we will wait for the original item to arrive. After an inspection is completed, we'll send your requested item.
Defective Items
Each order is inspected for defects prior to shipping. This makes defects incredibly rare. However, if you feel that the item is defective, it may be eligible for replacement if we determine it is due to faulty workmanship or materials. Restocking Fees
NO traditional restocking fees. The only fee we may charge is when an item has been returned in a condition different than what was stated and agreed upon with a customer service agent.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if something is wrong, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellations
We fulfill and process orders quickly so that our customers get their items as fast as possible. Due to this, there is a very narrow window in which we can successfully cancel your order. In the event that you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will make ever effort to stop your order from going out, but cannot guarantee it.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Sending an item back that is in a different state than what was mentioned, such as used, damaged, missing items, etc. may result in a fee or rejection of the return/refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
