Return
Change your mind about an item? No problem, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and with all its original packaging/items. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Sales@noubynew.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs will only apply to returns made at the customer's discretion, not for defective items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchange
After sending you a label, we will wait for the original item to arrive. After an inspection is completed, we'll send your requested item. Alternatively, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Defective Items
Each order is inspected for defects prior to shipping. This makes defects incredibly rare. However, if you feel that the item is defective, it may be eligible for replacement if we determine it is due to faulty workmanship or materials. Not to worry, reach out to us at: Sales@NoubyNew.com & we'll get you up and running again in no time! Please note that Improperly used items will not be eligible for return, refund or exchange. Restocking Fees
Restocking fees do not apply to any item currently in our inventory.
